Wake up tips: Which time should I wake up in the morning?

According to the Vedas, what time should I wake up in the morning?
It depends on the person what time to wake up in the morning. What business is that person in? What is that person doing as? 

       For e.g. If someone has office 7 o'clock, he should wake up at 5 o'clock. If a student's school/college is at 8 o'clock, he should wake up at 5 o'clock/6 o'clock. 

       But what time should they get up whose work start at 10 o'clock, otherwise those who have their own business or those people who don't have any work right now. Otherwise those who do self study. Because they are their own owner in this matter. So this blog for them. 

      The First thing we do is decided for ourselves, what time we should get up. The timing of everyone's getting up will be different, but the one thing that will be common in all this is the situation. The situation helps everyone to get up in due time. The situation is not the same for everyone and that situation is not for life time. So, we should not force ourselves, we should discipline. 

      So, What we want to do? In which situation we are in? What is your goal? Take all this questions into your mind and set your time. 
      A little help to set your time. 
 
According to the Vedas, the best time to wake up is during Brahma Muhurta, which is the hour and half before sunrise. This time is considered to be the most ouspicious  time of the day, as it is when life force is at its highest level. 


        ◾ Office worker :- people whose office is at 11 o'clock should wake up at 6 o'clock. Because you are working in sitting whole time. So, you should wake up early in the morning and do exercise, yoga. If this is not possible, you should go for morning walk every day. 


      ◾ Business man/ women :- people who have their own business can get up in Brahma Muhurta. i.e. at 5 o'clock. Because there are a lot of tension, work load, problems in the business. It brings mental stress. Therefore it is advisable to get up in Brahma Muhurta to maintain good mental health. When you wake up do yoga, morning walk and meditation hope things. 


     ◾ Self study students :- So, students we read a lot of time, that I studied for 16 hours, 18 hours for this post. But this is not a study, it is seating. According to psychology we can study only 8 hours. So, first know when you can study with concentration. 
e.g early morning, whole night or a day. If you want to get up early in the morning, you too wake up in the morning in Brahma Muhurta. This is the right time to study. The mind is concerned and happy. The study will be very good. 


     ◾ All others :- you too should wake up in Brahma Muhurta. If this is not possible, you should get up before 7 o'clock. Getting up early is good for health. Get up in the morning and do yoga, exercise and morning walk ect,.

Conclusion: 

You wake in energetic and fresh. If you can't wake up in Brahma Muhurta so don't worry. Be practice.
