🔹Some basic yoga exercises that can be done in the morning to help achieve this include:

☆  Sun Salutations :


(Surya  Namaskar): Sun Salutations are a series of 12 yoga poses that are performed in a flowing  sequence. They are a great way to warm up the body and mind, and they also help to increase flexibility and  strength.

● There are many different variations of sun salutations, but a basic sun salutation typically includes the following poses:

             ◼   Mountain pose (Talasana)
             ◼   Extended arm pose (Urdhva Hastasana)
             ◼  Standing forward bend (Uttanasana)
             ◼  Plank pose (Chaturanga Dandasana)
             ◼  Downward facing dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana)
             ◼  Upward facing dog (Urdhva Mukha Svanasana)
             ◼  Standing forward bend (Uttanasana)
             ◼  Mountain pose (Talasana)

☆ Cat and cow pose :


 (Marjaryasana/Bitilasana): This pose is a great way to warm up your spine and stretch your back muscles.

   Start on your hands and knees, with your hands under your shoulders and your knees under your hips.Inhale, and arch your back like a cat, tucking your chin to your chest. Exhale, and round your back like a cow, dropping your chin to your belly. Repeat this 5-10 times.

☆ Downward-Facing Dog :


( Adho Mukha Svanasana): Downward-Facing Dog is a pose that stretches the back, shoulders, and hamstrings. It is also a good pose for improving circulation and releasing stress.

☆  Plank Pose  : 


(phalakasana): Plank Pose is a challenging pose that strengthens the core, arms, and legs. It is a good pose to do after Downward-Facing Dog to if help build strength and stamina. 

☆  Bridge Pose :  


(Setu Bandha  Sarvangasana): Bridge Pose is a pose that stretches the back and opens the chest. It is a good pose to do after Plank Pose to help relax the body and mind.

☆  Child's Pose : 


(Balasana): Child's Pose is a calming and relaxing pose that can help to center the mind and   body. It is a good pose to do after a more vigorous    yoga practice, or as a way to end your morning yoga routine.

   Start on your hands and knees,then slowly lower your torso down to the ground, resting your forehead on the mat. Spread your knees hip-width apart and relax your arms by your sides. Hold this pose for 30 seconds to 1 minute.


        These are just a few basic yoga exercises that you can do when you wake up early in the morning. As you get more comfortable with yoga, you can add more challenging poses to your routine. 

        In addition to yoga exercises, the Vedas also recommend starting the day with meditation and chanting. Meditation can help to calm the mind and focus the attention, while chanting can help to connect with the divine.
